Systematic Management Services, Inc. (SMS) is a small business that provides diversified management, engineering, scientific and technical services to Federal, state, and commercial clients nationwide. Since 1979, SMS has been dedicated to providing quality, on-time services to its clients. Our strong work ethic combined with an uncompromising drive for quality in every aspect of client service has resulted in continuous recognition for outstanding service, such as two Awards of Excellence from the Small Business Administration, recognition as the 1992 National Minority Business, and awards for Environmental Excellence, Pollution Prevention, and Quality. We graduated from the Federal 8(a) program in September 1993 and received the 1995 Small Business Administration 8(a) Graduate of the Year Award from the Philadelphia District. SMS is qualified under Standard Industrial Classification codes 8744, 8711 and 7379. Our clients are Federal and state agencies, authorities, contractors/builders, operators, manufacturers, and educational institutions. We assist them in making their end products better, safer, faster and cheaper through innovative management, scientific and engineering practices, and through efficient and effective approaches which achieve results-oriented compliance with regulations.
